What Most Homeowners Get Wrong

Can a roof be repaired instead of replaced?

Heavy snow or ice on the existing roof can affect scheduling, which we will flag at the time of the estimate.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are done in one to three days, depending on roof size, pitch, and whether decking needs to be replaced. A larger or steeper roof, or one needing significant deck repair, can take longer, and that timeframe is estimated up front in the written proposal.
What happens if it rains during the tear-off?
Crews watch the forecast and sequence the tear-off in sections, so only the area being actively worked on is exposed at any point. If weather moves in unexpectedly, exposed sections are tarped to keep the deck dry until work resumes.
